Hi everyone – am planning a stay at Pop Century later on this year – how do I get across to Universal Orlando? If I do public transport its the Lynx Bus to Seaworld then the I-Ride along and a walk or more transfers on Lynx buses. Does anyone run a bus from Disney to Orlando? Anyone recommend a taxi firm? There will be 4 adults and two small children.

A Mears Shuttle is the best way to go, the charge depends on which resort in Disney World you are staying at, for you at Pop Centry to Universal Studios would cost $16.00 round trip per person, (children under 4 are free) they leave hourly from 7:10 to 10:10 in am and later in the day from 3:10. Call Mears at 407-423-5566 they will give you schedule and cost from your hotel or resort.

I have done this on the lynx and its a hard trip. I got of at wet and wild and walked the last but which was not far. I have also done it by using one of the buses they run for guests from the hotels outside the disney property. most go to epcot first then on to universal. I think they are $10 each way and as you are a large group you may just as well use a taxi which you can get from downtown disney and would be around the same or less.
